  • Lead a team of 3, fostering a culture of technical excellence and outstanding user support and customer service.
  • Oversee the acquisition, deployment, and management of all end-user hardware and software, including Windows and mobile devices.
  • Develop and implement strategies and architecture for software distribution, patching, and security updates.
  • Manage IT operations for end-user technologies, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall end-user experience.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure a secure and stable IT environment.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and support guides.

skills & experiences required.

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in end-user computing/digital workplace technologies/IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of end-user technologies within a Microsoft environment.
  • Oversee the deployment and maintenance of frontend EUC Management including client-side applications (e.g., M365, Microsoft Office, Adobe, web-based apps) and virtual desktops (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix, VMware Horizon).
  • Manage backend EUC including Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory etc..
  • Good understanding of ITIL principles and best practices for IT service and helpdesk management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, and currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit.
  • ITIL v4 or Microsoft Certified Professional certifications are a plus.
