- Lead a team of 3, fostering a culture of technical excellence and outstanding user support and customer service.
- Oversee the acquisition, deployment, and management of all end-user hardware and software, including Windows and mobile devices.
- Develop and implement strategies and architecture for software distribution, patching, and security updates.
- Manage IT operations for end-user technologies, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall end-user experience.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure a secure and stable IT environment.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and support guides.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in end-user computing/digital workplace technologies/IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong technical knowledge of end-user technologies within a Microsoft environment.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of frontend EUC Management including client-side applications (e.g., M365, Microsoft Office, Adobe, web-based apps) and virtual desktops (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix, VMware Horizon).
- Manage backend EUC including Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory etc..
- Good understanding of ITIL principles and best practices for IT service and helpdesk management.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, and currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit.
- ITIL v4 or Microsoft Certified Professional certifications are a plus.
