About the job:

• Oversee all internal finance functions, including accounting, tax, and treasury, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and the corporate budgeting process to provide key insights for business decisions.
• Act as the main contact for external auditors and tax advisors, supporting all pre-IPO preparatory work.
• Assist the CFO in building and optimizing internal controls and financial processes to enhance efficiency.

Skills and experience required:

• Solid track record in financial management. Experience in a biotech or R&D-focused company is a significant advantage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations. Professional qualifications like CPA are a plus.
• Excellent execution skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
